柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組散熱器是發(fā)電機(jī)組配備中不可缺少的重要部件之一,承當(dāng)給柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組作業(yè)負(fù)載時產(chǎn)生的熱量散入大氣以降低冷卻水的溫度,散熱器必須有足夠的散熱面積且用導(dǎo)熱性好的材料制造。正常情況下,發(fā)電機(jī)自身所攜帶的冷卻系統(tǒng)是完全可以滿足自身散熱所用。如果冷卻系統(tǒng)出現(xiàn)異常則需要盡量找出熱量過大的原因,這樣才會更好的保護(hù)柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組。
Diesel geneset radiator is one of the indispensable and important parts of
the geneset. Radiator dissipates the heat into the atmosphere during the
operation of the geneset to reduce the temperature of the cooling water. The
radiator must have enough heat dissipation area and be made of materials with
good thermal conductivity .The cooling system carried by the generator itself
can fully satisfy engine heat dissipation in the normal condition. If the
cooling system is abnormal, it is necessary to find out the reason for the
excessive heat to better protect the diesel geneset.

柴油發(fā)電機(jī)為了達(dá)到最有效散熱,應(yīng)做到以下內(nèi)容:
In order to achieve the most effective heat dissipation
1、若發(fā)電機(jī)功率較大,建議安裝冷卻水塔。
If the generator power is large, it is recommended to install a cooling
water tower.
2、保證發(fā)電機(jī)房空氣暢通,安裝換氣扇。
Ensure the air flow in the generator room and install the ventilator.
3、給發(fā)電機(jī)增加風(fēng)冷效果,即增加風(fēng)扇對著發(fā)電機(jī)吹風(fēng)。
Increasing the fans blowing the genrator will improve the generator cooling
performance.
4、檢查發(fā)電機(jī)自身是否起熱過大。
Check whether the generator itself is overheated.
5、盡量控制發(fā)電機(jī)不要超負(fù)荷運(yùn)行。
Try to control the generator not to run overloaded.
6、檢查發(fā)電機(jī)自身冷卻系統(tǒng)是否正常,比如冷卻水路是否暢通,散熱片散熱是否通暢。
Check whether the generator's own cooling system is normal, such as whether
the cooling water is unblocked and whether the fin is unblocked.
