柴油發(fā)電機組發(fā)生散熱器溢流原因可能是噴油器水封套密閉不嚴或開裂。噴油器與氣缸蓋中間有隔水套。防水套管與水道聯(lián)接,并用橡膠密封圈密閉。長期操作后,氣缸蓋水套與氣缸蓋連接處會因為老舊化而產(chǎn)生細小裂痕,或因橡膠老舊化而密閉不好。燃燒后的混合物通過微小的縫隙滲入水道,使散熱器中的水外溢。
The reason of radiator overflow in generator may be that the water jacket
of the injector is not tightly sealed or cracked. There is a water barrier. The
waterproof casing is connected to the waterway and sealed with a rubber sealing
ring. After long-term operation, the connection between the cylinder head water
jacket and the cylinder head will have small cracks due to aging, or the sealing
will not be good due to the aging of the rubber. The burned mixture seeps into
the water through tiny gaps, causing the water in the radiator to overflow.
冷油器問題可能有2種狀況:The oil cooler may have 2 problems :
散熱器芯有裂痕或砂眼;The radiator core has cracks or blisters;
散熱器芯與缸體油道接口處密封膠圈不嚴實。這樣子,油便會進到水內(nèi),過多的油進到水之后從散熱器中外溢(這種易于分辨,由于有機油會隨水從散熱器中外溢,油只能越來越少而并不會質(zhì)變)。散熱器的下水管道室由多個管道聯(lián)接。假如由于操作不當,散熱器積垢較多,管道易于堵住;柴油發(fā)動機高速旋轉(zhuǎn)時,部分水經(jīng)過水泵進到小循環(huán),另部分進到散熱器給水室??墒?,由于配管道堵住,水從給水室外溢。在此,分別觸摸散熱器的上方和下方時,會看到有顯著的溫度差異。拆裝時,只需拆裝散熱器并疏通下方配管道即可;或在散熱器里加醋,讓柴油發(fā)動機運行5分鐘,隨后換水。經(jīng)過幾次循環(huán),散熱器基本可以清洗干凈。

the radiator water supply chamber. However, due to blockage of the distribution
pipes, water overflowed from the water supply room.At this time, when you touch
the top and bottom of the radiator,you will feel a significant temperature
difference. When disassembling, just disassemble and assemble the radiator and
unblock the pipes below; or add vinegar to the radiator, let the engine run for
5 minutes, and then change the water. After several cycles, the radiator can
basically be cleaned.
