柴油發(fā)電機的水溫使用要求有明確規(guī)定,但一些操作人員卻喜歡把出水溫度調得很低,有的接近出水溫度的下限值,有的還不到下限值。他們認為水溫低,水泵中不會出現(xiàn)氣蝕現(xiàn)象,冷卻水(液)就不會中斷,使用中有保險系數(shù)。其實水溫只要不超過95℃就不會發(fā)生氣蝕,冷卻水(液)也不會中斷。相反,如果水溫過低,對柴油發(fā)動機的工作極為有害。

the pump, the cooling water or liquid will not be interrupted, and it’s
guaranteed. In fact, as long as the water temperature does not exceed 95°C,air

Otherwise, if the water temperature is too low, it is extremely harmful to the
generator operation.
1、溫度低,氣缸內(nèi)柴油燃燒條件惡化,燃料霧化不良,著火后燃期增長,發(fā)動機工作易粗暴,加劇曲軸軸承、活塞環(huán)等零部件的損壞,功率降低,經(jīng)濟性降低。
If temperature is low,combustion is worsen in the cylinder, poor fuel
atomization, increased combustion period after fire, and rough engine operation,
aggravated the damage of crankshaft bearings, piston rings and other parts,
reduced power and economy.
2、燃燒后的水氣易冷凝在缸壁上,造成金屬腐蝕。
The water vapor after combustion is easy to condense on the cylinder wall,
causing metal corrosion.
3、燃燒的柴油可能稀釋機油,使?jié)櫥闆r變壞。
Burning diesel fuel may dilute the oil and make the lubrication worse.
4、燃料燃燒不完全而形成膠質,使活塞環(huán)卡在活塞環(huán)槽內(nèi),氣門卡住,壓縮終了時氣缸內(nèi)壓力降低。
Incomplete fuel combustion results in the formation of gum, which causes
the piston ring to be stuck in the piston ring groove, the valve is stuck, and
the pressure in the cylinder decreases when the compression ends.
5、水溫過低機油溫度也低,機油變稠,流動性變差,機油泵泵油量少,以致發(fā)電機組供油不足,加上曲軸軸承間隙變小,潤滑不良。

oil becomes thicker, the fluidity becomes poor, the oil volume of the oil pump
is small, and the oil supply of the generator is insufficient.Also, the
crankshaft bearing clearance becomes smaller and the lubrication is poor.
